Sumi started Nibble with a garden first and a kitchen second. She greets families at the door and knows every child by name.
Sumi has spent most of her working life around children and gardens, and Nibble puts the two together. She wants every family to taste lunch in the kitchen before they decide.

How Sumi runs the center
Sumi is the first person you meet at a tour and the person you call when something changes. She puts tuition in writing for your child's room and schedule, and she walks you through the license and the numbers.
Every morning she looks at the forecast and decides, with the lead teachers, how long each room stays outdoors and what the cook can pick for lunch.
